Ari Osman

Ari is Managing Partner at Staff Hunters-Bedford. For over 10 years, Ari’s focus has been on sourcing top talent in finance, accounting, human resources and supply chain with a particular focus on mid to senior level executive search. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree from Union College and working abroad, Ari served as Director for an international staffing firm. His move to Staff Hunters-Bedford was a conscious decision to always put clients first. He’s found it genuinely rewarding to see that realized over the past years. In addition to work at Staff Hunters-Bedford,he serves on the board at Belknap House, the Lakes Region’s homeless shelter for families with children. Ari lives in the Lakes Region and enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors and is an avid motorcycle enthusiast.

Sara Wainright

Sara is a certified staffing specialist with a decade of experience successfully connecting clients with candidates. She joined Staff Hunters-Bedford in 2013 as a Staffing Manager for the Administrative and Human Resource Division and currently serves as Division Director. Sara’s recognized by peers and industry associations for her commitment to excellence and achieved Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) designation from The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) in 2010. Prior to her staffing career she studied at Southern New Hampshire University and worked in retail management. In her free time Sara can be found spending time with family and friends enjoying all that life in New England has to offer.

Dennis Comeau

Dennis joined Staff Hunters-Bedford in 2016 as a Recruiting Manager for the focused on Engineering positions and candidates. Dennis has nearly 10 years of recruiting experience, including a mix of agency roles, higher education recruitment and four years of direct-hire experience as a hiring manager for a technology company. With an educational background in psychology and higher education, Dennis loves recruiting because it gives him the opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives: By helping them do what they’re best at, and to be recognized for their talents. When he’s not working, Dennis dedicates all of his free time to his family and young children.

Kassey Carruthers

Kassey Carruthers joined Staff Hunters in May 2016 as a Recruiting Manager specializing in Temp and Direct Hire recruiting for HR and Administrative Professionals. Kassey has lived in Goffstown, New Hampshire her whole life and graduated from Mount Washington College with an Associate in Business Administration. She started her career in the Restaurant industry where she quickly worked her way up into management and then decided to transition into sales and recruiting. She got into recruiting because she has a true passion to help others get where they would like to be in their careers and achieve their goals. When Kassey is not at work she enjoys spending time outdoors and being with her husband and three daughters.

Ashlee Aisenson

Ashlee joined Raven Ridge in 2020 as part of the administrative and payroll services team. Ashlee has over 9 years of administrative experience. Ashlee works a full desk; running weekly payroll, executing accounting duties, and completing various administrative tasks that allow the office to run at its best capacity. She has lived in California most of her life but feels very at home with new roots in New Hampshire. When she is not at work, she dedicates her time to her family, enjoys sewing, and knitting.

Jules Cook

Jules joined Raven Ridge in 2023 as a Recruiting Manager, following 4 years of recruiting for both contract and permanent positions across numerous fields. He started in the industry as a technical recruiter, where he worked to source talent for Boston-area tech startups as well as established multinational corporations. Jules then spent 3 years at an Ohio-based agency's New Hampshire office, where he managed accounts in manufacturing, supply chain/distribution, and professional services. Through his passion for relationship building, Jules led his office to record numbers and growth. Jules received his Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications and a General Business minor from the University of Mississippi, where he served as Vice President of Ole Miss Pi Kappa Phi, and also interned for the school’s office of Communications and Public Relations. When he is not at work, Jules is spending time with friends and family, enjoying the great outdoors, and avidly supporting all Boston sports teams.
