Van joined Staff Hunters in 2004 after 10 years in the Banking, Construction and Staffing industries. What drew Van to staffing and keeps him engaged is the ability to help people every day, “It’s rewarding to be part of important transitions in people’s lives, and help them achieve their goals.” Opening the Bedford office in 2006 allowed Staff Hunters to grow but also focus on quality staffing “Recruiting without the constraints that many larger, profit first agencies require is exciting.
